2024 Fall Women’s Trip Registration Form *

*This trip is for adults (18 years and up)

Our goal for this trip is to have a spirit filled bonding experience with our church

sisters. We hope that these getaways will help us to have a deeper

understanding and love for one-another, be able to discuss our struggles and

explore different ways to grow closer to God. We will have a few classes and we hope to hear testimonies (let us know if you have one you would like to share)

DATES: The dates are Friday, November 8 through Monday, November 11. This trip is to Branson, Missouri to see the play “Miracle of Christmas”” at The Sight and Sound Theatre on Saturday, November 9.

CARPOOLING: For those of you that live in the Independence area and are

able to leave Friday morning, we plan to meet at the Gathering Place around

10:00 AM, and stop for lunch on the way. For those of you

that have to work on Friday, we will organize a group that will leave after work

to carpool together.

LODGING: We rented a two level 8-bedroom/8-bathroom vacation home (same home as last year) with 12 king size beds and 4 twin beds with trundles on Table Rock Lake, the home will accommodate 31 guests and features 2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, hot tub (community), beautiful covered decks, fireplace, grill and game room. The check-in is 4:00 PM Friday and check-out is 10:00 AM Monday. There are bedroom options on the main level if you are unable to do stairs.

REGISTRATION FEE: The cost will be $250 per person.  If you are only staying 2 nights (Friday and Saturday night) then the cost is $200.   This price includes lodging, food and a ticket to the play “Miracle of Christmas” (Gas will be $20 as we carpool). You can choose to prepay all at once or you may use the following payment schedule to help spread out the cost.

We are asking for registrations to be turned in ASAP so we can get tickets

for the play purchased early. The vacation home is already reserved.
